Nordic Physio is an independent physiotherapy clinic at Shop 11, Palms Shopping Fair, 172 Goondoon Street, Gladstone Central. Every appointment is one-on-one with your physio for the full session, and we open at 7am Monday to Friday so treatment can fit around shift work. We see NDIS (plan-managed and self-managed), DVA, WorkCover Queensland, CTP, NIISQ and Medicare CDM clients, and we bulk bill every CDM appointment. HICAPS is on site for private health fund claims, and home visits are available across the Gladstone region.

- Shockwave therapy: for stubborn tendon and soft tissue problems
- Therapeutic ultrasound: used as one part of a wider plan
- Hydrotherapy: pool-based exercise sessions at the Gladstone Aquatic Centre
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to see a physio privately. You do need one for some funded care: a GP Care Plan referral for bulk-billed CDM appointments, a GP referral for DVA, an accepted claim and work capacity certificate for WorkCover Queensland, your claim number for a CTP (motor vehicle accident) claim, and an NDIS plan (plan-managed or self-managed) for NDIS physiotherapy.
Home visits
Home visits are available across the Gladstone region for people who can’t easily get to the clinic. Additional costs apply, so ask us for details.
